Springform Technology Limited informed the BSE Limited that shareholders approved a special resolution to change the company’s name from “Springform Technology Limited” to “Inertia Alu Tech Limited,” effective September 18, 2026, to align with its group company’s naming convention and better reflect its manufacturing and trading activities in aluminium products, and the Registrar of Companies has approved the name change.
